Welcome to my website. This thing is nowhere near as cool as my Tumblr page circa 2014 (RIP), but it is a more grown-up place for me to showcase what I’m all about.
So, without further ado, I’m Julia, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with storytelling.
Okay, yeah, I know how that sounds. It’s giving:
In all seriousness—I really have always loved telling stories. In fact, when I was ten, I won second place in my school district’s “storytelling competition,” thanks to a thrilling tale about a talking kangaroo (no, I won’t re-tell it for you).
So, yeah—this isn’t some corporate jargon-filled ploy to get you to hire me.
Telling stories—whether through speech, written words, or images, is truly what I’m best at. And it’s what I love doing most.
